With that being said, if you are working with web (or writing css), the W3C yields that 1cm is equal to 96px / 2.54. That 96px is the Pixels Per Inch value (default PPI in web). The default PPI in the converter above is in favor of web-related conversion. For print media, you might want to change that into your target DPI/PPI/Resolution.

How to Convert Pixels to Centimeters
